Throughout his long career, Chef Subra has journeyed across the globe, honing his skills in renowned establishments such as Luxury Cruise Ships, 5-Star resorts, and prestigious venues like Harrods Cafe in Malaysia and Vietnam. These countries have left a profound impact on his cooking style which will please your taste.

 

In 2016, he made Australia his home, where he served as the Head Chef at the award-winning Lilianfels Resort and Spa in the Blue Mountains, before transitioning into a leadership role in the Aged Care industry. Chef Subra’s culinary journey is fueled by a deep-seated love for the art of classic and authentic cooking style.
